Review Time
Blinds were slow and late. Remote controls (ordered at the same time as the blinds) taking a month to be delivered. Disappointed as they have been good in the past but won't use again.Added following reply from Blinds2Go...One of the two remotes has now been delivered but one is still missing along with the chargers for two of the three blinds that I ordered. If customer service is going to contact me shortly they haven't done so yet and when I call you I get an idiot AI followed by an Indian call centre which has problems with English.
I received my new blinds yesterday and realised I ordered the wrong size.I got in touch with them and within 20 mins I got a reply from James to say it wasn’t a problem and that he had ordered me another set in the correct size.That is definitely 5* customer service.I will 100% be using them in the future
Works very well once installed. Installation was difficult to position correctly without accidentally activating the blind by touching the button.Some more (textual) information required about the set-up and what the status LEDs mean. The pictograms are lacking good detail.
