The perfect fit blinds are just that, the custom size is accurate, material excellent, easy to fit and adjust. I requested colour samples which is also a great service. Ordering and delivery tracking is easy. Have ordered some 2 years ago, haven't had to use customer service fur anything.4 stars only because the website is confusing with many blind styles with similar names etc but that's a minor point
Made to measure blinds that don't match the measurements we provided. We ordered a set of three no-drill blackout blinds, each of which significantly differed substantially in size from the measurements we gave. Some were as much as half a centimetre out, which it's fair to say is far from a blackout experience.Convincing them of this has been a struggle, as despite providing pictures they seem reticent to believe me. One of their operators said the blinds would be replaced, only for another to say this will not be the case.Frustrating and time consuming. All in all I would not recommend wasting your time and money.
I was disappointed that it took 6 days for 3 samples to arrive. I ordered my blind on the day the samples arrived as I needed it as soon as possible.It took a further 23 days for my blind to arrive. I was regularly tracking my order and for quite some time I discovered that the blind was awaiting inspection by quality control. Had I realised the process was going to take so long, I would never have ordered.
Have used blinds to go for a number of years. Decided to upgrade 2 blinds. Ordered both blinds on the 2nd of October. One blind arrived on the 20th of November the other has still NOT arrived!!!! No correspondence from blinds to go to say there would be a delay in shipping. I have sent numerous emails asking where our second blind is and I am being sent over and back from blinds to go as to where my blind as they have contacted the production team to see where my blind is and iv heard nothing now Again with over 2 weeks!!!! Absolutely shocking service and a shocking company to deal with if something goes wrong, they either don't want to help customers with problems or they haven't a clue on how the company's manufacturing and production team ship the publics items. Have had zero help from the team at blinds to go this problem is ongoing with weeks!! Also can not track shipping with order number and eircode it's saying eircode doesn't exit... it does we live here and recieced the other blind to that exact eircode! Shocking absolutely shocking service.
