Review Time
Have used Blinds2go in the past and was very happy. However, I placed an order today and in the notification email, it said it would be a one month lead time before the blinds are even dispatched! Blinds2go are normally very fast, so a real disappointment. I cancelled the order (customer service were very helpful and did it right away) and will go to a competitor with more reasonable timing.
The ceiling bracket system is absolute rubbish. We’ve bought blinds from other companies before and none was so difficult to put on. We’ve managed to hook the blind onto 2 out of the 5 brackets and I guess that will have to do.
Have ordered blinds before and were very impressed so when we redecorated the living room we had no hesitation in ordering a new blind again. The quality and fitting are perfect and professionally made and arrived in quick time.
Awful. Ordered some blinds, delayed three times so gave up. Should have been recieved after 2 weeks but getting into months delay. Why take the money if you don't have stock? Poor customer service seemingly automated. Requested a refund and advised it'd take to 5 working days. Here we are on the 7th day and still not got the money back. Simply appalling.
Having bought my Perfect Fit blinds 7 years ago, I contacted Blinds 2Go about a cracked clip enquiring where I could get a replacement. The reply I received was instant followed by confirmation that a replacement was on it's way. It is credit to this company that even after purchasing long ago their customer service is 10/10. The nine blinds are also still in excellent condition. Well recommended.
I ordered a electric blind and it arrrived and had it had stray threads on edges. It was electric and ordered remote, no instructions provided with products.
The electric motor didnt work just making a noise not moving the remote was not paired i have contacted them and they responded with instructions asking for the QR code for the blind and app details these were not supplied. I have emailed again asking for help and they have not responded. Poor customer service no information provided with blind. I am forced to challenge payment to try to get a refund. Poor quality item do not buy from them
The instructions to measure on the web site for the blinds was easy to follow. The price of the blinds were reasonable and all the blinds fitted my windows perfectly and weee easy to install myself and they look great!😁
The whole experience was excellent. The range of blinds was superb - took some filtering! The guides were v helpful in making the right decision and measurements. Prices were v competitive. The web site was easy to navigate. Ordering was straightforward. Order confirmation was quick with option to cancel in 4 hours. Delivery quick. Fitting a doddle.
