ordered a single blind to see the what they are like. fitted perfectly and the quality is good. It would be good to have an option to have a longer pelmet, I asked via email but was not given an option to have a simple pelmet oversize by a few inches. disappointed with that but still give 5 stars.
Ordered a (no drill) roman blind and 3 vertical blinds. The roman blind wasn't a no-drill fixing, it doesn't hang right - despite downloading your instructions. The vertical blinds are as expected with the exception of 1, which is far lower quality than the others. Ive been a customer for at least 10yrs and always felt your products were great, however this order was of far lower quality and not sure id order from you again.
We ordered three blinds just over a year ago and were delighted with the results, which have really enhanced our home.
However, when one of them malfunctioned we contacted the company and were rather disappointed with the response, requiring us to purchase a replacement blind for one that was only just over a year old.
The company offered us a 50% discount which we were grateful for and the replacement blind is working perfectly, but I do think that the one that failed would have been expected to last a little longer
We ordered a Twist2Go no drill blind for the convenience of not having to drill holes in a tiled bathroom. Measurements were taken carefully as advised, the colour decided and the order placed. We were pleased when the blind arrived before the advised date, delighted when we were able to affix the blind in place and it worked perfectly!
Amazing blinds for our bifolds. The fit was great except 1 which was quiet tight but I managed to squeeze it on. Easy to install but I wish you would supply instructions with the blinds rather than having to find them online. Other than a couple of negatives the positives outway them. Work and look great. Thank you.
Ordered 4 wooden blinds which took a little longer than stipulated at ordering but they eventually arrived. Despite being exactly what we wanted unfortunately the slats on the biggest blind are not straight, warped and drop significantly on the right hand side and look terrible and the controls take a lot of strength to tilt. Contacted customer service and despite me sending a detailed email with photos received a reply about the tilt mechanism only advising to take it down and make sure the spindle has not come out (it hasn’t!) the slat issue completely ignored. I cannot leave this blind up it looks terrible. Phoned company numerous times and nobody picks up despite being first in queue. Customer after service is terrible and further emails sent to them to date have been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have another 3 blinds I need to get but will not be using Blinds 2 Go!
The complete blackout blinds sound exciting, but are anything but.
Had to have replacement sent because they sent wrong measurements. Second ones arrived with correct width, but height was not right.
They kept making it sound as if I mismeasured and great I have the free insurance, while I repeatedly clearly pointed out it was not me who made the mistake.
White is not white but grey-ish. The whole thing feels and seems to be quite flimsy. Little hair keep falling off the runners on sides. Strings are fragile. The metal frame is sooooo great aesthetic...
I am done with it, return/refund seemed basically impossible because you have to install the blinds then take pictures and videos and then you just might get refund. I gave up and Frankensteined the blinds so they work. Fair play, they are really black out.
I have 400 quid blinds which will very obviously not last longer than year or two.
Shame because I had blinds from blinds2go about 10 years ago and they were great. Lasted ages. This is so dissapointing.
End product is great, delivery timeline was Ok, but the instructions, oh boy. Read the reviews and its the same thing. Suggest you rewrite them and test them with people who have never seen the product before and then rewrite them again.
The agent (Jordan) who was assisting me through the replacement , remeasuring and additional ordering journey was brilliant. Numerous phone calls and emails to ensure everything was sorted was excellent.
Pricing and quality of the product has been top knotch as well.
Excellent service - had to get extra long replacement chains for two roller blinds after I'd not accounted for the drop from window sill to floor and all sorted with no fuss. Special thanks to Andrea in faciliating it all.
