I cancelled my order on 3/5/2026 at 9:00 am.Support chat confirmed that my order was cancelled and I would not be charged. At 10:15 am I was charged for a refill that I cancelled because there support chat didn't recognize that the order was cancelled. I was told for a second time that the order was cancelled and a refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. It is now the 5th business day and the order is still showing pending and the refund has not been processed. Support has escalated for the 3rd time and I am now being told someone will contact me in 24 hours. Why should I have to reach out multiple times for a refund when i never should have been charged in the first place.
What a hassle! My eye doctor sent a prescription to BlinkRx because they handle the pre-authorization for her. But geesh, this was so much work for me as the customer! They sent a ton of messages and made me jump through too many hoops to get this medication. Even when the payment was settled and the address was confirmed, they kept hounding me until I created an account on their website. They won't ship your medication until you give them all of your personal info and do a bunch of work.In the process of getting this done, I had the displeasure of talking to one of their reps. He took some info and next thing I knew I was creating a profile on their website, so I decided to just continue there. I told the rep I didn't have time to finish on the phone, because the form was asking for long lists of medical information. He copped an attitude, and I asked him to take the feedback and let me go. He argued with me, said I was "yelling" at him, so I asked for a supervisor, and he disconnected the call (aka hung up on me).I sent my feedback to BlinkRx directly and they made excuses for the rep. That tells you what kind of company this is and how much they care about your experience.I'm in pain, trying to get another medication that might or might not work, and in the meantime, I have to keep my ship afloat. Anyone providing services to people with health conditions should understand this. BlinkRx most certainly doesn't. I will talk to my doctor about transferring this prescription to a real pharmacy. UPDATE: I continue to get marketing emails after I declined permission. I suggest BlinkRx review the HIPAA law.
BlinkRx initially filled my Rx and delivered to my home with $0 copay. Some time later I got a notice for a refill but at $225 this time. Not sure why but didn't really need a refill just yet. I called to have the refill cancelled thru the automated system. Thought it was successful until I saw a $225 charge on my card. I called and managed to get thru to a live person who told me they would TRY to cancel the refill and issue a refund. Didn't have time to find out why its a "TRY" situation instead of them just doing it. Needless to say they didn't TRY very hard ... if at all. Just got a message that my Rx has been delivered and now I have eye drops that I don't even need to the tune of $225. I don't have time for the back and forth so I had them remove my card from the account and I'll get my drops from somewhere else. PS. still haven't figured out why the initial fill was free and the refill was $225... fishy.
BlinkRX is great until you want to stop the auto refill. I called three times, weeks in advance of the refill, trying to stop it as I had months of medication already. All three times the person I spoke to understood clearly that I did not need further medication. They charged me $225 anyway and I do not have the medication. I have emailed, called, chatted with them. They all say they will submit it to someone higher up than themselves. No response from them.
The customer service was wonderful. The problem is Miebo comes in 3 ML bottles. My doctor prescribed 4 times a day in both eyes. That is 8 drops per day, times 30 days which equals 240 drops needed. As per tables, 3 ML which is what I am getting is NOT enought for 30 days. It is only 60 drops which is only 2 drops a day !!! Need a bigger bottle. As a new cornea transplant patient, I would prefer to follow doctors orders and this isnt doing it. Is there a bigger sized bottle than 3 ml???? If so, that is what I need. thank you for your time on this matter. Charles M. Cohen
