Ordered 4 in Mexico. 3 for Apple and 1 for Android. Android didnt work. Had it refunded and ordered another. Same outcome. Also refunded. Apple ones worked fine straight away. Maybe my phone or the Andriod OS or just unlucky. But the problem was dealt with professionally and swiftly
Didn’t have any issues using this in Australia. The download speeds were good although slow at times. The initial setup was very seamless but the setup instructions were a bit unclear. Didn’t download the app so this review is only for the usage of the eSim.
Stayed in the Southern part of China for 6 months (current), and about to use up the data. I had some issues when travelled away from the metro area, but experience when accessible was great. I confirm access in Guandong, Zuhai, HK, and Macao being very good spee.
