I’m so obsessed with this makeup brand I have just purchased the new skin tint that by the way went viral and believe me it went viral for a reason. It’s my everyday go to. Has coverage it’s buildable lightweight and worth the hype. I also have purchased the new cat Halloween makeup bundle and I’m excited to try this
I have the blush, the concealer and the tint from this brand. I love how it’s a low priced version of the more expensive brands. The best part about the blush (MUA) is pigment. The concealers are easy to bel d and work with. The tints, some of them are good! I love the darker one in the shade and the texture (watery) and the pink one (not a fan of the texture but great colour) The best part is the low priced!!!!! It wouldn’t be the same without the pricing and really hope the brand takes this factor into consideration!! Most important thing is to keep the quality rising without the price going up at all! Also, please make sure all products have testers in all stores. It’s held me back from buying many times!Good luck! Keep the quality high, don’t change the pricing at all!
I normally buy Collection Cosmetics' Lasting Perfection foundation from Amazon. However, I saw the brand was having a Black Friday sale on its own platform. I ordered from its website and popped a few other things in my basket too. All delivered well packaged in just a few days (from a distribution company called Pricecheck Toiletires, in case anyone reading is confused or worried). Collection, you've got opportunities here to really 'up' your game. Your products are great. What's stopping you from going down an additional, full branded route and doing your own thing as well as the wholesale? Very happy customer - and, yes, I will be telling people.
I have wasted 1 hour trying to order via website and I have signed up (as forced to) an clearly an issue with their website as it does not move past the sign on page. Better still when I try to raise a query I am forced back to the sign up page. Give up and what a shame. Doubt anyone actually reads or acts on these comments but I am stating simply to improve customer exp and to actually order!
I bought 2 eyebrow pencils (roll up type) been buying them for years and always happy with them. The last two had literally no colour to them. Complained and got nowhere. Just bought another one to give benefit of the doubt and the roll up part doesn’t work so unusable. I’m done now will not be buying any Collection makeup again. Shocking customer service so pointless complaining again.
I ordered a range of cosmetics including a bronzer which unfortunately arrived smashed to pieces. I have emailed their customer service email at least 3 times now however my email keeps bouncing back, saying that their inbox is full and they cannot accept any more emails. I have also tried reaching out on their social media pages but have received no response.Really disappointing service. Unfortunately this has discouraged me from wanting to shop with Collection again. I would have given them more stars if their customer service was not go poor.
A game of 2 halves - the products are my mother's favourites, very good value. However, the last delivery to her care home was received with 2 broken bottles. I've tried writing to their customer service email, now 4 times, but have had no response. They haven't lived up to their returns and refunds policy or the sale of goods act provisions. Very disappointing - no refund and no replacements offered - 3 weeks and counting. It would have been a 4/5 star review otherwise but sadly their customer service has let them down badly.
