Spent over €260 on a grinder from this company that became faulty within 2 years and they refused to help me get a replacement. Essentially fobbed me off and now left me having to buy a new grinder and wasting €260. Great to know how much they don’t give a shit about their customers
Very good customer service. I got a faulty item and they responded very quickly and sent a replacement item without asking to ship the faulty one back. Shipping is usually untracked when you order but the shipping price is good (relative to the times we live in) to EU. Overall a very positive experience, good prices and selection of relevant items in the store.
