I was unsure what type of portafilter would work with a basket I wanted to purchase and after contacting support the reply came quick and was on point and I was able to easily choose a proper portafilter.Shipping to Finland was fast and the products were exactly what I needed and they work great with my espresso machine.One nit-pick there is though a very minor one. The portafilter was with walnut handle as described, however on the website the image of the portafilter is clearly with coated walnut part but the product I received was without coating. This was not a problem to me personally as I happened to have suitable treewax so I gave it a three rounds of Osmo with a sanding between layers and the finished handle now is beautiful with a semi gloss finish. Someone else might not find this satisfactory.All in all I will definitely be a returning customer when another espresso related need arises! Thanks (:
