My order arrived with partial damage to the shipment so not a completely positive experience, but the customer service was five stars. I received a prompt reply to my inquiry and I was refunded fairly. Based on this I plan to continue to use and recommend Blue Star.
Can't tell you how delighted I am ... and bewildered. BlueStar diagnosed my Gaggia fault by WhatsApp (and told me how to check the error). Then they correctly identified the right spare part and got it delivered to me here in italy in four days. Fantastic service! The bewilderment is this: Gaggia resellers here in Italy quoted me a much more expensive price for the same thing, and they wanted 10 or more days to deliver it. So, BlueStar: bravo e grazie!
