When all other suppliers fail on Ascaso parts, Blue Star Coffee saves my bacon and has done so for 11 years so far. Always quick with technical advice and a webpage with relevant info for parts, so you really can do stuff yourself. I have often searched worldwide for some older part and only found it on Blue Star. These guys rock.
Our older espresso machine needed new gaskets and they are hard to get. Blue Star coffee had what we needed. They were shipped to california and arrived in a very reasonable time period. Blue Star Coffee seems to be on top of it. Hopefully we can do more business, Jerry
If this company has a product that you are after, I would definitely recommend them.With me, they had the very highest spec, original version, of a conical burr blade I needed, for a discontinued coffee grinder and at an incredibly reasonable price too.The only negative is with myself, for putting this export order through with the default, “untracked economy”, (read at least two weeks), postage. Customer Services were excellent when I contacted them and next time, I’ll pay the additional euro or so for a quicker tracked delivery - my bad!
