On Oct 31, my vehicle was picked up for an oil change, but afterwards, it became undrivable. When my son drove off the lot, he noticed a knocking sound and reached out to the dealership — we were promised a callback, but that never happened. I made several attempts to contact them, including days of texting, but received no reply. On Nov 10, I finally spoke with a representative who said he would inform the manager, but another staff member, who I had been trying to reach, called back and was very rude. He refused to diagnose my car, which now wouldn’t start, claiming it wasn't connected to the oil change. I had recently purchased my vehicle. Just two weeks prior, I had attempted to buy another car from the dealership but ended up going elsewhere due to poor service — a clear warning sign I should have heeded. I chose this dealership for the oil change based on positive reviews, but my experience was far from that. I would advise others, particularly people of color, to reconsider before visiting.
