This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. It began with my initial order arriving with a faulty left light. I quickly reported this to the company, and the representative I spoke with assured me that a claim was being initiated with the manufacturer. Almost two months passed with no updates. When I reached out again, I spoke to a different representative who was quite helpful and responsive, but it still took another two months to resolve the issue. I thought everything was fine once both lights were working, but then I took my car out in heavy rain and returned home to find one light filled with water. That's two sets of lights and two defective products. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that they couldn't assist further. The fact that this product doesn't even offer a one-year warranty speaks volumes about its quality. I regret not checking this beforehand, as I assumed it would come with a standard one-year warranty like most quality products. It's disappointing that a company would sell such a subpar product without proper support from the manufacturer. I won’t be purchasing lights from this company again, nor will anyone I know. While they have a strong marketing strategy, I will make sure to share my experience regarding the poor quality and lackluster customer service. Good luck, as word of mouth can be the best or worst kind of advertisement. Let's see how quickly this news spreads.
Companies are switching bait. Selling cheap knock off Parts. One full price and 20% restock fee once you reach out. They clearly know what they’re doing. I’m gonna get to the bottom of it to get shut down since they can continue to scam people. I’ve dealt with companies like this in the past super easy to get rid of. It’s OK. They want to say one thing when clearly it’s another.. It’s also funny when they are persistent in asking for photos when they’re the ones that sent said crappy product it’s just a bunch of waste of time copy pasting in hopes to keep your $200. It’s so funny what this company is complete. Complete scammers do not buy anything from them.
