Like the availability of OEM product online. Also, easy to see where the company is located and easy to reach a customer service rep by phone. I did order a $10 part the night before that I realized the following morning was not what I needed. However, the customer service rep could not stop the part from shipping and the costs to return it does not make sense. It would be great if your system had the ability to cancel a part for shipping, especially if it had not even been pulled from the shelf. I understand that this may be inherent to the system you use, but if it could be done it would be make your end service even better.
I would DEFINITELY rate my experience 100%! I used the chat button to find parts for my anti tech husband. It was so easy and quick. Landon was awesome! He found my part quickly and patiently walked me through finding model numbers and other info. AND YOU CAN SEND PICTURES!! HOW FLIPPING AWESOME IS THAT!?!?!? I felt like a pro!!! Hahaha..Definitely go to spot!
Ordered lower unit drive shaft seals and miscellaneous additional maintenance parts for my twin f115s, best prices hands down, we'll there was a mix up with shipping, I understood 2 parts were backordered so it'd delay shipping 3-4 days but after there was a mix up with ups on them receiving the package so after calling in Jace took the lead and expedited the order next day air, he also assured me he would help out with thr next order and also followed up to make sure everything was ok. Not only was he calm collected and professional, he took care of the issue was kind and made sure everything was ok ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ boats.net is my from now on go-to for all yamaha
I have called this company at least 6 times in the last year. I always talk to a different person and have been extremely impressed with their knowledge, courtesy and fast response. They have even sent me a picture of a part so I could match it to make sure it would work in my application. I’ve never been disappointed, and their prices are very competitive. I don’t go anywhere else.
Ordered prop as their system went down. Could not get a confirmation. When entering my preliminary order number back when system was up... system kept reporting no order found. Never received a confirmation. Gave up and ordered from another source.But it DID arrived. All beat up and the box damaged. When I call to explained the situation... I was given an RMA... no problem... but the cost to ship return was on me. I asked about the free returns and was told they'll accept it back without a restocking charge... even if their system was in partial blame? It cost $56. To return. Doesn't sound like a free return as advertised. Beware.Contacting through phone, chat, and return messaging very awkward with slow response time. I'd recommending avoiding this site completely.
