I am confused how most of you have given this company 4+ stars. My experience with them has been terrible. The watch I am interested has box, paper and it is a 2024 Omega Snoopy 50th Anniversary model. My simple question was - are you able to inform me if the watch was originally purchased in US or Asia ( meaning grew market ) The answer given from - Andrea Miller who is the purchasing manager is “We buy and sell from the public”. I pinged again politely asking - Given the box and paper are available, are you able to share where this watch was originally purchased. No response !!

The watch was really beautiful and clean. It looked like new. It arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. Be mindful that you would need to be home to sign the delivery. The customer service was also great. I really appreciate how everything was handled. I felt taken care of.
