The 20 year old watch I purchased is like new. Not sure if all are as nice as this one. Very Happy. Made my purchase online without talking to anyone. Purchased Saturday night, watch arrived Tuesday morning. Wow I was surprised! For sure recommend Bobs Watches!

I very skeptical about buying watches…

I very skeptical about buying watches online, but after doing research, i believed Bobs watches was a legitimate business, so I purchased a breitling superocean. The watch was delivered the next day and watch came as described and was authentic. Probably saved $1600, if I would have bought it brand new, so definitely a great purchase. I would recommend bobs watches to someone who is worried about buying an expensive watch online and they were unsure of the authenticity.

Lovely bday gift for the hubby

Large selection of watches, was able to find my husband a birthday gift fairly quickly. Overnight shopping, well-packaged/protected, with all the promised items (box, papers, tags, etc.) Watch condition as advertised - happy hubby! Thanks Bob’s, we’ll be back!

The staff were super helpful and…

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hole process was simple and quick. Only thing I would like to see different is more information given about the products. I wasn’t able to tell by the picture how much the item has been polished or that the glass or crystal was replaced. If it wasn’t for the box I would have sent it back for a different one. Just a little more information in the description would go a long way. Over all really love the watch and I’m excited to pass it down.
