Just bought my 3rd Rolex from Bob's

Just bought my 3rd Rolex from Bob's. The service has been great. Their team is knowledgeable and professional. The process has been easy and efficient. Buying a high-ticket item in a space that can be high-risk for counterfeit merchandise is unnerving. Bob's makes you comfortable with their people, process and certifications. I would highly recommend them - and have to my friends.

Great Service from Imran at Bob's

I worked with Imran who offered his direct line so that I could contact him directly with any concerns. We communicated well and after a couple of phone calls I had my Rolex 114200 Oyster Perpetual in stainless steel with a brilliant blue dial on my wrist by 1PM the next day. Imran did a great job to ensure my confidence in the transaction. I am satisfied with this watch and the OP in general. I will likely hold onto this one and trade up through Bob's in a year or two.
