Recently had Boiler team in to replace my old oil combination boiler From first contact with Paul Churchill He Gave me a fast & competitive Quote The guys came to fit the new combi boiler it took them 2 days worked solid two days they ran into a few problems but it was soon sorted out Cannot recommend these guys enough

I had the Boiler Team in for an installation and subsequent repair

I had the Boiler Team in , to replace my boiler , pump, thermostat, programer etc,That was 14 months ago,The installation was pain free in a day , the plumber and his apprentice worked hard all day,They were super clean and tidy,Before leaving explaining everything we needed to know, Very happy, first class ,Here is the best bit, some 14 months later , this Friday night the programer just died blank screen,I waited till Saturday morning called the customer service number, it was answered by Paul Thomas He said he would try to find me a new unit and get us up and running again,I spoke with Paul again on Sunday he said there would be an engineer with us on Monday just after lunch,Sure enough the guy arrived and replaced the programer a faulty circuit board,I think that’s pretty good customer service, we are a 3 hour drive from the Boiler Team ,Many thanks Gents ,Highly recommend the boiler team

Well done boiler team

When our old oil boiler broke down looked around and we were looking around for a company to replace it came across these online and struck gold. Paul rand and arranged to visit showed us several boilers and choices no pressure. Emailed the quotes straight away and when we gave him the go ahead he very quickly arranged the fitting with days.Colin and his young helper Jack arrived on time and worked solidly for 2days only fueled by tea !Having been dragged into the 21st century with this new boiler with remote thermostats ( old boiler 19yrs old ) it is brilliant to have it sorted so quickly.Now when Colin left the boiler cut out- oh here we go I thought - but rang Paul the following morning he sent someone straight out and they then contacted the boiler manufacturer who sent their engineer within hours to get it sorted. Brilliant service so far and highly recommend customer service at its best. No deposit paid and invoice arrived after a week efficient and peace of mind that everything was sorted before anything was paid for.Well done Boiler team

Superb

Went online to find a new boiler, after a week the Boiler Team were the only company to respond, after my initial contact with them a few days later we had a visit from the company to assess our needs.The whole system was checked and we were given sound and honest advice on what we required, including additional work needed to place new boiler out of the small utility and into the garage which was a request from my wife and I. within a week we had a quote which was similar to a price we were given 3-4 years ago. In this climate that was amazing. We agreed to go ahead and were given a date to install within two weeks. The install was delayed 4 days due to illness, this wasn't a problem for us and we were glad for the communication. On the day of installation the engineer was prompt, friendly and simply cracked on with the work, (Warning you will need to get extra coffee in) From start to finish I cant fault the quality of service.There has been a few niggles with the system was very noisy for a while and the heating came on when it shouldn't have, but this was sorted with an email, we had a visit from the Team, our Nest Controller needed resetting and the pump needed a tweak. Superb Professional service putting the customer first and we will continue to use them from now on.....

Great Company to deal with.

Colin the fitter was technically good and helpful. Paul Thomas (MD) was exceedingly good and very hands-on, ensuring any issue was resolved to the complete satisfaction of the the customer. Would I go to Boiler Team again? Most certainly! Good luck to them and thanks.

Fantastic service from start to finish, wow

Can't recommend Boiler Team enough. Wow. This is customer service as it should be. From the beginning Paul was very thorough and helpful in his quote for our new boiler. The quote was fair and clear and communication prompt on all occasions. The pre-fitting survey by Paul was again thorough and helpful and then the work, as and when we had agreed. Dai, Andrew and James could not have worked harder. Extremely professional, experts at what they do, so clean and tidy and thorough with a full explanation of how the new system works at the end. Thank you all, what a great team.
