Boycott Boodmo and Save Yourself!

Boodmo is the WORST website to buy from. Please refrain from buying from them as you'll only end up losing money. I'll break it down in points:1. Everytime I place an order, the order dates keep getting changed at their own will. This time, I receive an update that the product is out of stock so the updated ETA is actually 'Infinite'. Look at that!2. Upon writing to the customer service they easily tell you to return the items after wasting weeks or even months if at all you do receive your products. I haven't.3. The suppliers ship very old stock to get rid of it and I've always received expired products.4. They always justify their own problems but they just won't implement a simple system of real time stock update which tells whether an item is even available or not and when exactly it can get delivered. In this age of modernization and technology, they're conducting business like a local Fraud Vendor who keeps collecting money but never supplies the goods.It's a huge scam that I've been a victim of and many times not once, mind you. If all these reviews don't educate you, nothing will. You've been warned. Save your money and buy from another website or your local vendor/dealership.UPDATE:Based on the reply below by Boodmo, let me clarify that I had written to their support and in fact I've been writing to them since last year but they are only getting worse. I've already cancelled all my active orders with them (which were active for months now, btw) and still my money has NOT been refunded yet. Also, this is an auto generated reply from them on every review just to mislead the prospective customers but they don't do anything to help you out. You'll only get FAQ replies in your email as well. I'd again reiterate please STAY AWAY FROM BOODMO. It's a SCAM!

Order No: #2009/0782325-1. On 21st the dispatch date for this order was 24-09-2020 , now its 25-09-2020 . Why are you changing this date ? If you dont have the product in the stock then you should ahow it in your site as 'Out of Stock' nothing is shows like that and you are changing the dispatch date and mailing me as the Estimated dispatch date is changed. Its your fault. If you dont get it by today how could dispatch it tommorow ? If you dont get it by tommorow you will again change the date .

Deny to replacement of part

I ordered tata safari right side mirror operating swich /button , after delivery its working only glass in up and down but mirrors not working at all , my old switch working properly only 1 glass button damage so i am replacing old switch. after i complaint this issue they refuse to replace saying that installation attempted part cant replace , just tell me anyone how we can tell part working or not without installation, i strongly recommend all not to purchase from boodmo

No refund even after 2 weeks of cancellation

Due to delay in delivery which caused many problems with my customers, I had to cancel my order with order number # 2408/0726721-1They said that they will refund my amount after it reaches the seller back and gave a tracking link which is stuck since the time I ordered the component which was on Aug 24th 2020. I have written to BOODMO CUSTOMER SUPPORT 2 times and each time they send an email saying a ticket has been registered and that they will issue refund within 24-48 hours. It has 3-4 weeks since I ordered and I still have not received the refund. I will take this issue with the consumer court as this company has been fooling numerous customers with their very very poor service!

Package #0709/0755521-1 was order was placed on 7th Sept, expected delivery was showing as 9th Sept..But till now status shows not dispatched..Is there any ETA to receive this order? It shows on tracking number for expressbee ,but when I check on their tracking site it says not found.. custmer care numbers are always busy...How to trust this seller?Very disappointed..

I bought 3 product from boodmo in which i returned one product but till date i didnt get my refund. Myorder return no. Is 720469/1.Boodmo is a cheater company.If any person want to contact with customer care then never be connected and as per the msg from boodmo , with in 24-48 hour our our customer care person will contact you. But i never got a call from that.Friends dont buy any product from them. They do cheat only..
