After payment, the support team was slow to respond or unresponsive, even after multiple follow-ups. Transparency and communication are crucial when money is involved, and my experience was lacking in both. I recommend that others verify everything and insist on proper documentation before proceeding. I hope the company enhances its support and transparency for future clients.
