Review Time
I was initially excited when I placed an order! I had been wanting to upgrade my headlights, and the switchbacks seemed like an awesome choice. After the order was placed, I got an email from Boslla asking me to provide a photo of my DL/ID card as well as a photo of my credit card. The email stated it was a step to prevent fraudulent purchases. I was definitely not comfortable sending photos of my cc and identification card.. so I canceled the order and won’t be trusting them.
I got my low beam and fog in the 3 mode lights and love them. Not only do they look awesome but they work great in snow and rainy weather conditions. I got my set around December 2023 and just recently had one of the yellow lights go out but the white still works. I reached out to them on fb and asked if they sold individual ones and they asked me when I got them and said they do sale individually but I might still be under warranty and would send me one for free. Says they come from china but I received mine pretty quickly i think with in a week. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and there products that ive used so far and plan on buying high beams from them as well and recommend them to anyone.
Got recommended the headlights, took just about 3 weeks to come in from china, good bright bulbs but highs and lows for brights are backwards. Thinking sylvania bulbs could have done better. Only good thing about these lights is the price and the brightness. Customer service wasn’t helpful either
They have the best bulbs I absolutely love them they’re so bright!!!! I love the quality and they have petty good prices 🙌I really recommend boslla 🙌im satisfied it’s not the first time that I bought bulbs wit them and they work petty good
No product in 2 weeks, my old ballast failed so I ordered a newer brighter version. I have sent several emails asking where my product is and no one has gotten back to me at all. Since this is a foreign account in GB my bank froze my account several times until I got the order in and approved...it has been a nightmare. Great product when they work but horrible customer service.
I bought these lights about 3 weeks ago and never received a tracking number or an order confirmation. They sent me an email today asking me to review the lights when I never received them. I looked at all the reviews of other people saying the same thing how they can’t reach customer service. Update I have received the light they are very high quality and very bright but still no customer service at all. And it did take 3 weeks with out any update.
I love the ability to switch from white light to yellow in harsh weather. I live in the PNW and this helps a lot when it’s dark and rainy 8 months out of the year. When I had issues installing my lights, Boslla was very quick to respond and offer me photos and video to help me resolve my issues! Thanks a ton guys
Bought these for my Daughter's 2000 Nissan Frontier before she left for college in the Mountains. They were easy to install and made a huge difference. Very good product and I feel much safer about the lighting abilities of my Daughter's truck at night. Also tracking was very good as I was waiting for these.
