Back keeps falling off ear buds contacted customer services no reply .Would not recommend. They cost too much and customer services are uselessCustomer services have been so helpful since my last review . Turns out I had been sent a faulty earbuds .got a new pair an working fantastic
Do not touch this company. My experience ….ear buds stop working after a month; they tell me they cannot replace after 14 days; I complain they say the same. I write a poor review so they contact me and apologise, ask me to take the review down and will replace the buds for me .Problem is I have replaced them by now and ask for a refund. That was a week ago. No response since. Quality of product is very poor and the customer service is even worse. Go search elsewhere for a decent experience .
It won't allow for less than a one. These are cheap brand earbuds they label Boudio and charge way more than they are worth. I paid $60 through the website and got a pair of XY-17 earbuds that are cheap China made generic earbuds sold at Walmart, Amazon, Alibaba and all the other sites. Horrible customer service. They won't pay for a return. Didn't even deny they sell generic buds. Reported to FDC and BBB
Build quality is questionable and feels cheap, definitely not what you would expect for the £100 price tag.Secondly, the earbuds only connected for the first 24 hours and now they will not connect to any device. Avoid this suspected scam at all costs and stay with well known brands.
