Please please do not order off this website...they are con-artists..I ordered a christmas wreath in December has i pressed to pay it took 2 payments ..i have contacted the company several times ...its now middle of February & i still havnt received any refund ..Absolutely gutted has i have been conned out of my hard earned cash!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON-MERCHANT. Negative 5 stars. I ordered a long, warm, plush, hooded bathrobe for $82.00 (christmas present). I recieved a chinsey see-through piece of material that wasnt worth $20 at a discount fabric store. Completely apalled. Almost 2 months later, and over 75 emails, I was fully refunded. I should send them an invoice for my wasted time.
WARNING!! Avoid this seller!! I spent £29.99 on an item that I could have purchased for £2.50 elsewhere. The quality of the product I received was terrible and did not match the image on the website at all. When I requested a return, I was informed that I needed to send it back to China. I confirmed this was a UK registered entity before making my purchase. Nowhere in the returns policy does it state that returns must be sent back to China. This is a complete scam!!!!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE! It’s a scam (check their registered office and parent company) and clearly just a front for cheap goods from abroad. I waited over a month for some spotlights, only to find they were shipped from overseas and turned out to be of extremely poor quality, not as advertised. The packaging didn’t match the product and looked like it was hastily put together. They do not answer customer service calls, and understanding the returns process is incredibly difficult. I’ve asked four times now for clarification with no clear guidance.
