I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to those looking to buy garden furniture, as it is of high quality, and their aftersales service is in a class of its own.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I contacted them due to losing a protective foot on a Chatsworth Single Cocoon (I’m guessing it got knocked off and a fox decided it was a new toy) and without hesitation they offered to send a replacement.Can’t fault that level of service.

Outstanding quality, exceptional service, and a real garden game-changer.

We couldn’t be happier with our Bramblecrest garden furniture. The quality is genuinely excellent, solid, beautifully made, and clearly built to last. We live right on the coast, so our garden takes a real battering from wind, salt air, and weather, but the furniture is holding up exceptionally well. It still looks fantastic and feels incredibly robust, superb value for the quality.What really made the experience special, though, was the customer service. Tim, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely looked after. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole process feel personal rather than transactional, rare these days, and hugely appreciated.And the sofa… honestly, it’s transformed our garden. It feels like having a massive extra room outdoors. We spend far more time outside now, and it’s become one of our favourite places to relax.Brilliant furniture, brilliant service, and a company that clearly cares. Highly recommended. 🌿✨

Lack of customer information.

I ordered and paid for the cover in mid August. Bramble rest gave no indication when the cover would be delivered. I had to keep chasing them for information as they never communicated with me. They eventually said the cover would be delivered after 14 January 2026. It was only by me ringing them that I received any information.
