Bought shoes that when they arrived were of really poor quality. The return was refused because of the small amount of tape used to secure the box. Apparently this made them unfit for resale, despite the large royal mail sticker that their returns process had already affixed to the box.
I ordered what were described as bath towels and received hand towels!Brandalley were very quick to contact me. I sent in some photos and was partially refunded as I kept the towels as hand towels. Customer service was prompt and efficiently dealt with
The website is clunky. Once you have put something in your basket there should be a continue shopping option.Also the extra 20% off offers are impossible to use because there is no option to put the code in when you go to pay.That is either poor website design or a deliberate tactic. Either way not very good for the customer
