Used to absolutely love brandalley but not really sure what’s going on with them at the minute. They have started selling things through ‘partners’. When you want to return things via these ‘partners’ you have to go on your order and message them. They never reply to these messages and then you have to contact brandalley to sort it out. (If you try and contact Brandalley first they just tell you to use the messaging system). Really means you can’t shop with confidence. This has happened to me twice now. They also don’t make things clear when it is sold through a partner. For example I bought a table around the £100 mark and when I messaged them they said a collection fee would be £40?! This never happened when it was ‘sold and delivered by brandalley’. I’ve bought massive expensive items that they just collect and return hassle free. Really disappointed with this recently and it’s been so time consuming to sort out. Brandalley are quite responsive by WhatsApp though. Furthermore, the amount of time they are taking to give refunds is far too long. I’m waiting around 14 working days to get my money back. When I have bought things from brandalley that are ‘sold and delivered by brandalley’ I’ve had no issues. It’s always been a great place to get discounts so I will continue to use them but with a lot of caution and probably less frequently than I would have before.
