Review Time
The items that I ordered arrived reasonably quickly but one pair of boots arrived in a taped up and battered box. As they did not fit they had to be returned and when speaking to an operator I informed them of this just in case they refused to give me a refund, I have also taken pictures as evidence. I was really disappointed that I was liable for return postage. With the cost of postage and packaging and returns for an item I did not even keep it amounted to quite a lot in return for not much. As your products are so expensive you really need to review your returns policy. I did keep one pair of boots but as yet have not worn them and I am hoping that they will be fine. Will think twice before ordering from Brantano again.
Unfortunately the green wellingtons were advertised a 'IN STOCK' but after payment was made I was informed there was an error in Brantano'S stock count of this item. I was offered a future discount due to the error and a refund was made 10 days later.However the item was still showing as 'IN STOCK' a number of days after I ordered!!
