Colour of the boots was different to the picture and the style was so narrow that despite ordering a size up (they’re wellies for kids) my daughter couldn’t get her foot in. Good customer service regarding the situation, however I can’t comment on the speed of actual refund as it’s still in process.
The delivery was great - no problem - but I was trying to replicate a pair of Crocs that I had bought in Palm Springs, California, 4 years ago. I have to say that the sizing was the same but that the footbed was not a patch on the old Crocs. It was a slightly different design but I put a lot of research into purchasing another pair - I've got Plantar Fasciitis - and I was using the old Crocs all the time as they were so comfy and gave a cushioned sole. But afraid this new pair is no where near as good. My foot tells me so! Unfortunately I'm wearing the old pair all the time - and they won't last forever.
