I ordered size 9 shoes for my husband

I ordered size 9 shoes for my husband. Both pairs were too small. So it mKes me think Cotswold are not a normal size shoes. So I sent an email to customer services which was answered Ina very bad written English and Brantano took no responsibility. Therefore it cost me £10 to return a pair of shoes. I will never never order from Brantano and not will I recommend them to any one
