I would have given 0 stars if I could.Bought some Wellington boots but unfortunately they did not fit. When I took them to the post office I was told that the return label is not paid for so I have to spend in XS of £20 in order to return them. When I called the customer services I was told that Brantano never does paid for return labels. Don‘t buy from here as chances are with shoes that they don‘t fit.Will never buy from here again...
Took the order on a stock item, but did not deliver next working day as promised.3 days later I was told out of stock when I asked where it was!!Got a refund and brought item from Amazon and it arriveded 2 days later.Just because they say they have stock and can deliver does not mean they can.Should of ordered from amazon with 3 days delivery in the first place.
Very dissappointed that returns have to be paid for at the Post Office. As a disabled person who mostly shops online,the convenience of drop off points or collection points or even collection from my home at any time of day is invaluable, rather than having to drive to a post office, queue and pay. For this reason, I won't order online from Brantano again. I imagine many working people will also find this returns process a real inconvenience, given the time and trouble of getting to a post office during specified hours and how busy they often are.
