It's a scam, with no adaptability in the lens as promised. I received my glasses from Malaysia to India in 45 days. I had to pay a customs duty of INR 2,580.00 in addition to the product price. There is no vision sync as promised, and the support team is not responsive to emails. A total waste of money.

They had my order and took my money but I have never received any order at all, I spoke with a person from customer service on a 21 thread email which was a waste of time, she gave me another email to contact which I have sent two emails to and received no reply at all.
AVOID BRAXORA AT ALL COSTS!

BRAXORA IS A SCAM, don't buy with them, CROOKS.

Real SCAM, bought 2 fancy glasses with them and got a pair of bad quality, 1 dollar glasses. If anyone manage to get in touch with them, please let me know. Its so incredible that this world has so many scammers. Got in touch with them and always get a return of Emily stating, How can I help? There are no words in my vocabulary to express my disgust.

Both pairs faulty. Emailed them. “Emily” replied and gave me another email address. Emailed that address and again “Emily” replied. 10 emails in for return address and I’m still going back and forward with Emily and Emily. Avoid Avoid.

Scam

Unfortunately it seems I’ve been scammed with this. Product was not as described and when I requested to return them for a full refund I was passed to another email address which never gets a reply. Will try to claim the refund via my bank instead.
