Best boots I've ever owned, amazing service!

I purchased my favorite pair of boots nearly 8 months ago, and I wear them daily for work. Unfortunately, the heel broke recently. I reached out to the support team regarding their warranty policy since it was a clearance item, and to my surprise, they provided me with a 110% account credit. I honestly expected a typical “no” response like many companies would give, so this was a wonderful surprise. All the other pairs of shoes I've bought from them have lasted a long time, and the quality has been excellent—comfortable and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Boots Split Again

My boots have split for the second time, which is disappointing as they are very comfortable. However, the splits on the redwood boots don't look good. I bought a third pair, and while I swapped one pair, the new one had the same issue. Great customer service, but I'm losing hope with the exchanges.

Poor Quality and Design

The construction and design are lacking. The quality is subpar, even at discounted prices. I bought a specific style, and the sole is rigid, making the fit awkward and uncomfortable. The sizing is inconsistent, and with a terrible returns policy, it feels like a waste of money.

Unacceptable Returns Policy

I bought a pair of boots on sale, but they were too tight around the calf and seemed poorly made. I spent nearly $30 on postage to try them on and return them. Given the number of online retailers, it's unreasonable to incur such high postage costs. This will be my first and last purchase.
