Scam and fraud, you pay for a membership 1 $ and thy deduct from you another 15$ . You have no option to even cancel your membership. I had to block my credit card ..
Nothing on the app! Test results are wrong .. be warned
Very shady sales funnel, opted for a 1 euro trial, immediately get so many offers and "discounts" until I hit "Continue" on one that I thought was a skip, and then charged 2 more euro immediately Shame on you for preying on the mentally unwell
Even though I felt that they scammed me out of $15 in the beginning, they did make things right in the end and refunded me all my money. I did have to escalate things to a supervisor to make this happen though. Overall, I’m glad they have the integrity to do the right thing. Appreciate yall!
I cancelled the service on the same day I downloaded the application. I did not use services at all—not even for a minute—and I received no results or benefits from the application. I did not agree to any monthly subscription, recurring payments, or ongoing charges.Furthermore, I stopped using the application immediately and uninstalled it. Therefore, the charge made to my card is unjustified and unauthorized. Im just want refund of the amount charged to my card
Same as other users - although thankfully I saw the reviews before it was too late. I did not sign up for a subscription; I only paid to get my test results. I looked in my iphone subscriptions and didn't have a subscription showing up there. I tried to log into the Breeze website but since you don't need a password to download the app (this is where they really mess you up), you cannot log into your account on the website. When I put in my email and click the "password reset" button, it NEVER sends you an email to reset your password. I had to use the CONTACT US feature which then finally someone did reply fairly quickly and provide me with a temporary password. From there I was finally able to go in and cancel my subscription after LITERALLY 7 screens you have to go through where the "cancel subscription" is INTENTIONALLY hidden, made smaller, etc and you have to keep clicking through several screens until you FINALLY get to the cancellation screen. I recommend keeping screenshots as I'm still not convinced that they won't charge me.Edit to add, after canned response from Breeze: 72% of the total reviews in here about Breeze say the same thing so you may want to evaluate your own practices and find out what you are doing wrong to make this many people think the same thing. 256 people have said the same thing but we are all the problem?
I believed I was making a small one-off payment (£2) to access the app. It later became clear this enrolled me into a rolling subscription, which was not made obvious at the point of payment.When I tried to cancel, the app asked me to re-enter my password despite already being logged in, then rejected the correct password. Password reset emails never arrived. Deleting the account explicitly does not cancel the subscription.I contacted support by email to cancel because the in-app process did not work. This experience feels deliberately obstructive and mirrors many other user complaints online.I would not recommend this app due to unclear billing and cancellation issues. It's a legal scam. Avoid with your life!Do not read their lies in their replies. I have read them and none of it is true. They're is NO subscription warning whatsoever. Read all the reviews and see the pattern for yourself! You have been warned!
