They said they would give me a 50% coupon to order another pair and to just keep them. I said I don’t want them. They sent me an address to send them back. It was to Viet Nam which would have cost over $300 to send them back. Guess I am going to eat $55

product doesn’t work

product doesn’t work, and customer service is the worst, first i was ignored for a month when asking for help on getting it through work, finally got a response when I asked for a refund, still wouldn’t give me any idea on how to make my product work and when I asked to return and refund, I was informed that returning the product would be too much for me and then offered a whole $3 as a refund. complained and they moved it up to $6, pathetic

I ordered earbuds almost 3 months ago

I ordered earbuds almost 3 months ago. I kept checking the transit number and they were on transit for months. I finally emailed (again) the company and they said they were delivered. Meanwhile, I was getting email updates for tracking throughout the 3 months but never received any updates that they were “delivered”. I told the company that I never received them and now it’s my problem according to them.They told me to check my tracking number at USPS. I did and it doesn’t exist. Total scam. I told them I want a refund. Crickets.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I ordered an electric shaver 12/1/2024 and still have not received my product. I have emailed them countless times, and they just keep saying refer to the tracking number. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Worst experience ever ordering online…

Worst experience ever ordering online and I would never order anything from online again unless it’s coming from Amazon. I’ve ordered my earbuds over a month ago and the only thing I get is email stating that my package is in transit coming from China. I’m no package expert, but I know nothing takes a month to come from anywhere. Customer service is nonexistent because every time I send them a email for customer service. The only thing I get back is an automated response giving me a tracking number for a fake company hate I wasted $40 but it was a $40 lesson that I would never forget. I wish I had looked your company up before I placed the order and I would have saw that you were a scam company.

Rip off terrible products that do not work

My earbuds that purchased and received do not work. The customer service is very poor. They do not want to refund the full amount I paid offering a few bucks. Also, my original invoice was for a lower amount, they charged me more on my visa card.This is a ripoff. Also, they say they're shipping from Ireland in the tracking, lol nope they ship from china.

Horrible and unresponsive Company, poor quality boots

What a terrible experience, and one I will never repeat, nor wish anyone else to go through. I ordered the heavily advertised ankle boots. But it took nearly a MONTH before it was delivered. I kept following up because I needed the boots for my trip, but they arrived too late. Upon my return from my trip, I tried them on, the length is right but it was way too narrow and tight. The customer service person said their site describes the shoes and they expect people to know their size --- BUT the shoes are way too narrow. I said their site doesn't provide options for Narrow, Regular or Wide which are traditional US distinctions.Additionally, the ankle boots were of such poor quality that even if they fit, I wouldn't wear them.I wanted to return them but was hit with having to pay shipping costs plus 15% restocking fee! They offered 40% off regular price. I reminded them that they offered to credit me the full shipping cost when they sent the shoes. Dead silence. They stopped communicating. I am now stuck with a pair of boots I can't wear, and with utter disapppointment and dismay dealing with a very unresponsive and unfair company. What an absolutely horrible company to deal with.

I ordered a pair of ladies ankle boots a half size larger than my normal size. The shoes are much too small and this is my response to the company when I requested a return and they sent me the conditions:"The package says 39, but the shoe is not marked in any way so there is no way for me to know that you shipped that size.  The shoe is too small and not as big as the other size 7.5s that are in my closet, which is why I ordered a size 8 - just in case. I've read your ridiculous return policy and I meet the requirements, which are:  returned within 7 days, original condition, original packaging, and proof of purchase.  YOUR mis-information in your add resulted in my ordering your shoes, will NOW result in my having to pay a restocking fee, the cost of shipping, AND provide proof of purchase.  Since YOU shipped the shoes to ME, and we are communicating by the email address on the original order, I fail to understand this requirement.  Also - I have no idea if the shoes were on sale at the time, but if so, then I am not eligible.  I am deeply regretting my decision to risk $45 for a purchase from your company and I will never make that mistake again.
