Excellent. Five star service. I bought a stylish, good quality sofa from them at the best price on the market and was not disappointed. Andy went the extra mile at all times throughout the process and everything went without a hitch from purchase to delivery. The sofa is fabulous and will last a good few years. Can't fault. Highly recommend anyone to buy from Brentham's with confidence.
First class service from the ordering of our furniture to the delivery, Brenthams were brilliant! We were given great advice when we chose our furniture and regular updates of when it would arrive. On the day of the delivery their driver was held up in a horrific conditions made worse by motorways being closed. We were kept updated of his progress and when he arrived he explained took time and care to make sure things were in the right place, explained how the recliners worked and took all packaging away. From Andy in the sales team to Jimmy the driver, the staff are a huge credit to this brilliant furniture store. We recommended them highly and certainly use them again.
Ordered and received a beautiful dining table & chair set from Brentham Furniture which we are extremely pleased with. The whole process was handled both professionally and efficiently from start to finish and I can quite honestly say it's been a long time since we've received this level of customer service, so it's no surprise to us that the team get so many 5 star reviews. I found Brentham Furniture in an online search and chose them mainly due to competitive pricing and reasonable delivery costs to our location, as not everyone delivers here.I had fully expected this to be another online "box"purchase, however the day after placing the order I was called by them for no other reason than wanting to introduce their business and make sure that I was happy with my purchase experience and comfortable with the chosen piece of furniture. I was talked through the order and delivery process and given an indication for timescales of when delivery would take place and how the couriers would contact me to arrange. This was such a complete surprise and very welcome, as often an item will just arrive (or not) from many "box seller" outfits without any further comunication. Clearly, Brentham wished to make it clear that I was dealing with an established family business with a physical store, and they wanted to provide a similar level of service to online buyers as they would provide if I had walked into their store.A couple of days before delivery I was contacted by Executive Home Delivery (Couriers) who confirmed the intended delivery date and any access difficulties they might experience. On the day of delivery I was called by the driver to give notice of the time they would arrive, which was really helpful. Delivery took place with a two man team who were really professional and checked the route into the room in which the furniture was to be placed, before offloading and bringing into the house. It was a perfect delivery experience, exceeding the previous benchmark of deliveries we have had from the likes of John Lewis, so very pleased.Overall it was a perfect customer experience from start to finish and the furniture we ordered was perfect. I would now look at Brentham Furniture as the first call for any future furniture purchases as I am confident I will be unlikely to find better prices or service elsewhere.Many thanks to Dan and the team at the store.
Haven't heard of Brentham's before I found through a Google search but really happy I did!! After I placed the order I received a call just to talk through the order and confirm details were correct which is a personal service you don't get these days! Really quick dispatch and was easy to arrange a delivery date via their courier. Would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks Brentham the order arrived perfectly!
