I ordered this online for delivery to Cheshire. I requested a quote for the item I required, Stressless Console Chair, and received it quickly along with a phone call to see if they could help with my choice. I was satisfied with the quote given and paid a small deposit with delivery estimated at eight weeks.I was kept informed of the order at all times and within the eight weeks had been given a delivery date.Delivery was arranged by Andy from Brentham and I was contacted by text with an estimated time of delivery.Due to traffic there was a delay to the timing but I was kept informed and delivery made at 18:00 hrs.The product was exceptionally well protected and the delivery people removed the packaging and set up the chair.I am very pleased with the chair and especially with the exceptional service from Bentham Furniture and Andy in particular.They made the whole process of buying this item very easy even though we are 140 miles from the store.Would recommend this company for price and exceptional service .
I’m in Northern Ireland and despite having to pay for a courier, I still managed to get a piece of furniture (a dining table) for much less than I would have paid here for the same item. It’s an excellent piece and we love it. Delivered before Christmas as promised. I would definitely recommend and reuse this company.
Bought a recliner chair for my mummy with Brenthams and they were absolutely marvellous: great price and good communication throughout especially when arranging the delivery which wasn't straightforward due to her location and age, and I was a 6-hour drive away. Recommended highly.
Once again Brenthams and Andy ensured a smooth journey from ordering to delivery. This is the second time I’ve used Brenthams to buy a Stressless recliner and would undoubtedly use them again when it comes time to upgrade my chair. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful and professional.
I cannot recommend Andy from Brenthams highly enough. I bought a kitchen island from Gallery, and although delivery was initially arranged, they could only offer a weekday date, which wasn’t possible for me due to work. Gallery suggested outsourcing a weekend delivery, but before that happened Andy rang me personally.Andy explained that this time of year deliveries are hectic and that standard delivery would usually be kerbside only. However, to make sure I wasn’t left struggling, he very kindly offered to bring the island himself on Saturday morning before he went to work.The island is extremely heavy with a marble top, and Andy single-handedly carried it from my drive into my house. I genuinely wasn’t expecting this and was worried about his back, but he was completely unfazed and so kind, especially as I was the only adult in the house at the time.Andy truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful. The island is a beautiful addition to my home, and the service I received was exceptional. If you’re looking for family-friendly, warm, and genuinely caring service where nothing is too much trouble, I would highly recommend Andy at Brenthams.
