Realistic advice of length of time to delivery - advice that turned out to be both precise and accurate. Very competetive price. Sofa was a good price so ordered on line. Followed up with a phone call from Brenthams the next day to confirm order and discuss delivery etc. Delivery was on schedule and very lovely driver put it in position for me and took away all the packaging to be recycled. Sofa is beautiful and so comfy. Would recommend sofa and Brenthams.
Andy and all the team at Brenthams have been so helpful. When searching online Brenthams appeared to be specialists for Tetrad products. I’d done a little research and had decided to give them a bell to make my enquiries..Wowsers it was definitely worth it and they are definitely experts in their field !! Andy was so knowledgeable he answered all my questions and made some great suggestions as to colour combinations and aftercare. Everything from our first enquiry to delivery has been first class. Customer service of this high standard is becoming rarer (unfortunately) so it’s been a treat to be on the receiving end!!We cannot thank you enough, we have had our sofas delivered and unpacked by Andy yesterday they’re stunning!
