I have had the recent pleasure in working with Andy at Brentham Furniture. The entire process was absolutely faultless. An excellent range of quality products, very reasonable prices (I compared them) and the best communications I have experience in years.It is so refreshing to work with people who are simply very good at what they do. The clock was for my friend, she is very pleased with it. I was however disappointed that you do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Luckily I have a cousin living in England, which meant I had to order the clock to be delivered to their house, then my cousin posted it to my address in Northern Ireland. This caused extra hassle and expense.
We have been using the excellent Brentham Furniture Shop for nearly 40 years and they have always provided a superb service.A service that is not only customer friendly but gives good value for money on quality products.In addition to free local delivery, the Brentham team are always willing to assist with product information and advice especially when we recently purchased two reclining armchairs.Thank you Andy,Jim & Dan for your bespoke attention and look forward to our next visit.
The USP for Brentham Furniture is their personal service. It’s so rare in this day to have someone ( Andy) ring and thank you for your order and fill you in on delivery etc. I also e- mailed him to ask about whether a particular brand that they sold would match another brand and he went and compared them and gave me a truthful answer. They will be my first port of call for future orders.
I am really delighted with both the dining table and sideboard that I purchased. Brentham provided excellent customer first by answering my queries before the order was placed and also sorting out delivery for a suitable time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I bought a large wall clock which was In short supply and Andy sourced it but on delivery it had a fault.l immediately telephoned the company and once again Andy dealt with the problem.From start to finish he went above and beyond to give terrific customer service 🤩
