Review Time
Second time we have used Brisks for cream Cotswold stone chippings. Order fulfilled in the end , but I made an error originally on the delivery address, noticed it immediately and notified the company, whoc revised the orders. I was therefore somewhat suprised that the courier company was planning to deliver to the original address. Fortunately i was able to contact the courier company in time to change the details and reschedule for the following day
Ordered 50 mini bags of play sand from brisks for my son's sandpit, we unfortunately ran into a couple of issues with the product and delivery but Mem went above and beyond to sort out problem out.The sand we've now received is perfect, exactly as pictured on the website and how you'd imagine children's play sand to be.
With reference to my previous review, @ 40-90mm polar white cobbles default product. Mem tried to find a positive solution after seeing the video of the product. He went the extra mile to solve the problem and built an outstanding connection. His kind support and cooperation changed the whole situation. We now look forward to ordering more products from Brisks. Mem has made that difference, which makes us trust the company and feel heard.Mem has shown empathy to his customer. I ordered a jumbo bag of 20mm moonstone from Brisks and chose a specific delivery date (Friday 11th July) at checkout. I waited in all day, but no delivery arrived. I received no email, text, or call to inform me of any delay.By 4.30pm I called the company myself after hearing nothing. The call system was frustrating – no proper hold message, just noise. When someone finally answered, I was told my order was now being delivered on Monday 14th July.This change was never communicated to me in advance, which I find unacceptable. If I hadn’t chased it myself, I would still be in the dark. I had planned to place a larger follow-up order, but after this experience I’m reconsidering.Reliable communication is basic customer service.
