I had a terrible experience with this company. They are poor in communication and never live up to their their promise. I took a day off for me to receive the product I bought and use it immediately but unfortunately, they never deliver it and only texted me late afternoon that the product was made to be deliver that the product will be deliver the following week. I will never patronise this company or recommend them to any of my friends.
Product is fine delivery was a nightmare. How can you send a single man out to deliver nearly a tonne of gravel? And I paid £20 for delivery… Now it’s stuck 2/3rds of the way onto the pavement and I’m a single woman living by myself with a hip replacement (not allowed to carry heavy loads). Works can’t commence for a while.
The order process was easy and straightforward, the plumb slate chippings i ordered was as described and I'm sure they'll look good when spread in garden. The delivery was quick and I was kept updated by text and emails. I highly recommend Brisks, would use again.
