Review Time
One half of our delivery was a day late which wasn’t very helpful. Booked specific day delivery over a week in advance so should’ve been achievable. I suspect pallet issues as it arrived on two pallets stacked on top of each other the top one severely damaged. Other half arrived on the scheduled day. However, Zara was very helpful, thank you for chasing our missing delivery.
Very happy with the quality and quantity of aggregate I got for the price. Customer service was friendly and efficient with regular updates on delivery. The delivery company driver they used was also very helpful, taking care to place the bulk bag where I needed it.
Absolutely disgraceful service.I placed an order 17/7/25 for 3 tons of sub base and composite decking following extensive work on my garden.I am a wheelchair user and needed my decking replaced so I can access my garden safely.I decided to order from Brisks as they advertised delivery within 3 to 7 days.I placed my order and delivery was booked for the 25th.That morning the delivery arrived but no decking.The driver didn’t have a clue where the rest of my order was.I emailed Brisks straight away to find out what time my decking would arrive only to be informed that there was a delay and it would be the end of the following week.At no point did anyone let me know there was an issue.I then had to cancel my tradesman and arrange for the following weekend.One the 31/7 I had to email again to try and find out when it would arrive only to be told AGAIN it would now be yet another week so AGAIN I had to mess my trade guy about and rearrange for the following weekend.Yet again another week past without hearing from anyone so I decided to ring.I explained that I was in a wheelchair and that I can’t get into my garden until the decking is down .The women I spoke to said she would find out what had gone wrong and promised to ring me back with answers by midday.I waited and waited but she didn’t bother so AGAIN i had to ring them.She immediately put me on hold.A few minutes past before a bloke came on the phone telling me it would probably be another week or so.By this point nearly a month has past and I’m still stuck in the house unable to get into my garden.I told him to cancel the order and return my £780 so I could order from a reputable company.The whole experience from start to finish was disgusting and time consuming.I wish now I had taken the time to read all the 1 star reviews before engaging with this company.(LESSON LERNT ).I ended up ordering from B&Q which I have had a quick and professional service.
Great service and best price for bulk sharp sand. The delivery was spot on time. Robert, the delivery driver was kind and delivered the goods where I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Brisks and would buy again. Thank you for your service👍
Bag split when was loaded onto the lorry, had to spend ages sweeping it all off the lorry. Stones were also had lots of random slate chippings in there when ordered black ice. Not worth the wait to send back and re order so accepted the delivery.
