We ordered self binding gravel for a pathway. The product that was delivered was made up of cheap building materials and not graded stone chippings / fines as you would expect from any reputable supplier. When questioned, the company refused to acknowledge that their product is not a self binding gravel and refused to remove the product or provide a refund.
Its customer service has no manner in taking customer concern seriously or respond to it. Their contracted driver dumped a 800kg good on the busy road verge at a dangerous bend rather than our driveway. Their contracted driver did not bother to ring the bell to let us know what he is doing. He just dumped it with potential to cause accident. Despite repeated request to delivery driver and Brisk customer service dept for him to come back and move the very heavy delivery to a safer location and on our driveway there was zero response from them. This is despicable.19/1/26Hi you have responded to my review but not to my email complaint to you. Do you have a complaint procedure. If so why do you not follow it to resolve my complaint rather than try to provide an false response to remove any wrongdoing on your part
