Binding agents such as Microcrystalline Cellulose is safe and used in extremely small qtys when making tablets.Furthermore, this ingredient is not absorbed by the body.They only sell products in capsule form so that they do not need to use necessary binding ingredients such as Microcrystalline Cellulose.This is so they can justify the high costs in which they retail their product, by emphasising that binding agents and flow agents are toxic.However, the truth is that the flow agent such as magnesium stearate is also extremely safe (research DR Eric Berg on magnesium stearate and links to studies he shares) The truth is, as long as a brands uses a high extract content, it is irrelevant that it may be in tablet form.Plenty of brands only use magnesium stearate and Microcrystalline Cellulose in their tablet products which as stated above are extremely safe.If the active ingredients and extracts are the same, they will be as equally effective as a capsule and will be a lot cheaper in cost.British Supplements sell 30 capsules for over £13 on some products and the profit margin on this would be astronomical.30 tablets would cost less then 70p to produce.This is from somebody who has worked in the industry for over 20 years.Save your hard earned money and start research

Been using plant sterols for almost 8 weeks following cholesterol test result of 7.3.Have also made some small adjustments to my diet, smaller portions of cheese and real butter, oats daily and skimmed milk.Cholesterol test results yesterday 5.9!

Found this company online when doing research for more natural alternative to sciatica medications (amatriptiline) which was making me drowsy and sluggish.
