Chris and his team are amazing. I’ve left several reviews a month or two after each purchase on their preferred site judge.me for various products, Turmeric got me down from 6 Gabapemtin a day to 1!- update since that review - now ZERO gabapentin. I also take Cistanche - not called cistanche in your pants for nothing. Also gives great vascular appearance post gym.And Tongkat Ali is so strong I can only stomach it after lunch - showing the potency. Latest addition is their magnesium- which my Oura ring shows massive sleep score improvements since starting two months ago.Lastly Chris himself, for a CEO/ Owner the man replies to every email when I ask for advice.Ignore the rubbish one stars on here, and I’ll welcome contact from anybody who wants to see my email receipts to verify this review. British Supplements are the cleanest and best value supplements I have purchased. This company obviously takes purity and quality to a place that most companies dare not tread. Most other big brands have been brought by food companies that don't care for your health. BS have been my go to brand for a year now and I will continue for years to come.
A great company good values even better supplements.i have been using this company for my supplements and always do my research before purchasing I take vit d3 k2 mega mag which was the first one that I noticed it working my sleep is so much better I also use turmeric berberine chlorella blueberry NMN and Tongat then mnm is brilliant I take 1st thing in the morning and the tongat little later on the tongat is very strong and in my opinion should be taken with food. Great products and a very honest company.
I started taking lions maine around 6 months ago to help with the menopause. It has greatly helped with brain fog and a very surprising affect on my stomach..I can can eat some dairy and I have no ill effects whatsoever!! I have recently added ashwagandha and my sleep and anxiety are both brilliant!! I will look at other supplements to take in the near future. The amount of people I've spoken to amd they have purchased the lions maine...esp from BS shows how good it is.

SUPERB supplements - potent and free of nasties. I take Zinc, Magnesium, Pine Bark and Ashwagandha daily - and I've never felt better.Sleeping well, feeling strong in the gym and I feel the Ashwagandha really helps lower cortisol and stress levels.Prices are great and delivery is rapid.
