Omg I can’t believe there are some negative comments about this company ! My experience has been first class. I’ve used them now for several years and I cannot praise them enough ! Like a lot of people tainted by trying brands that are sub par, I wasn’t sure at the beginning myself but years down the line I would not even consider anywhere else. The proof is in the pudding as they say and these supplements have been a life saver particularly for both physical and mental health for all of my family. I like the transparency and honestly from Chris and his company and the fact that I know I am not consuming rubbish and paying for it ! Do your research - I have spent years looking into ways for better health because the NHS is not preventative . There is so much validity for these products out there. Dr Berg being someone to follow if you want the truth. Look up vitamin D. I used to take calcium carbonate for my bones until I found out I was eating chalk - I found out D3 and K2 help with bone health by putting the calcium into the bones where it should be Magnesium - it’s very very difficult to get enough of this from food. Mental health - ashwaganda and lions mane particularly if you are on the spectrum or suffer with anxiety and low mood. Lungwort - great for asthma and coughs - my mum has improved dramatically using these! Anyway I could go on bit you get what you pay for and I’m delighted I found this company.
I used to buy supplements from boots but I had some bad side effects. I think it was down to the things they use to bulk out their supplements -specifically vitamin D. I started buying from this company because I was looking for purity in what I was buying and I have definitely noticed a difference by comparing the ingredients on the labels and further confirmed with no nasty side effects. I take saw palmetto, vitamin d and magnesium and they are small capsules which are easy to swallow theres no bulking agents in the capsules. They work very very very well for me.I wanted a natural herb to help with overactive bladder rather then medication prescribed that the side effects put me in hosital. Working well and feeling optimistic for my future now
I've been using British Supplements for a couple of years and won't use any company. More expensive than others but you are paying for quality, top notch ingredients. I'm currently using plant sterols to help lower my cholesteral. I've used more of their supplements in the past to help with various ailments and they helped a lot.
