I thought I had ordered one of the last items, but now, two weeks later, my order is stuck in processing. It indicates pending information, and when I contacted customer support via email, their responses felt generic. It seems they are reluctant to cancel orders. A friend of mine had a similar experience and has been waiting over a month. I have no positive feedback about the online ordering process with this service. While I appreciate their products, I will not order online again. It’s better to shop in-store, even at a higher price, than to deal with this service online.

This situation makes me suspect that because the items were heavily discounted, they were reluctant to ship them due to the low price. It's quite disappointing. I canceled the order, and they processed it without hesitation. What a shame; they lost a customer.
