Carlos, the owner, is incredibly friendly, upbeat, and easy to work with. We purchased a Carbon 1 ST. The experience - trying out the bike, answering questions, making on the spot adjustments, etc - was very positive. It was not an issue for us but it is located in his home, not a traditional retail store, so there are not a lot of models to look at or try out.
Carlos was very nice. No pressure at all. First time I went there I was due to hsve surgery on my wrist n he understood my hesitstion to test rife. Fast forward a couple weeks and I was able to test ride the Velotric Discover 2. Purchased it right afterward. N Carlos even delivered it I would highly recommed VSM Power Bikes!

Carlos was amazing and met my husband and I on Memorial Day to help us pick out our bikes.
