I had an issue with my loyalty card and wasn’t able to use the credit I had accumulated, which was about to expire. The support team quickly resolved the problem and kindly extended the expiry date, allowing me to use the credit on my next purchase. I’m very happy with the fast and helpful service.
Its absolutely appalling the way staff can just watch you like your a criminal and look away when you look at them because clearly you can feel them staring in tour direction, my daughter would be a big fan of the perfume, jellycat and skincare and she saves up her money to buy her favourite brands. I hate going into this shop but recently we went in on the way back from a trip up the country. A staff member was staring at us, I went over to her and told her I regularly buy her so could she stop staring at us. My daughter will find another way to get her favourite brands as I will never go into brown Thomas in limerick again. Disgusting body language, I feel sorry for staff, you prob need to have this to work there.
I had to return a faulty garment, and the first time i tried i was met with a couple of very unhelpful people. I went away without a resolution through no fault of my own and came back a few days later and luckily got someone extremely helpful who understands how to treat customers fairly. She listened to my issue and agreed the garment was faulty and agreed to exchange it. She was so cordial and helpful and restored my faith in brown Thomas customer service. Thank you Caoimhe P. I love Bobbi Brown cosmetics. Unfortunately the staff they have working for their counter in Brown Thomas Cork leave a lot to be desired. They have no customer service and on top of that they do not readily give you samples. You have to ask. For the amount you are spending at the counter it isn’t right to be so begrudging of a tiny little pot of cream. A paying customer should not have to ask. Additionally, I informed the assistant I would like to us my BT points and she said in an abrupt manner too late the transaction has gone through. It was too much hassle. Serving seemed to be an effort. What are counters doing with their tiny pots of cream that they begrudge somebody who’s actually paying a large amount of money for their products. This is the total opposite of Bobbi Browns ethos as they are a very generous company with their products. If I could order straight from the website I would but unfortunately they do not ship to Ireland. I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.
Online customer service is appalling. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. No one responds to voice messages and requests for call-backs. Nothing. It's like a black hole. If you have a BT Loyalty Card and you have questions about it, good luck. You won't get any answers!!
I was shopping for a perfume gift this morning at the Tom Ford counter in Brown Thomas, the woman who looked after me was Yueli.She genuinely went above and beyond, telling me about the different fragrances, and body lotions etc. She was extremely kind, professional, and made the whole process very enjoyable. Sometimes I feel BT is a bit pretentious, but not today.Thank you Yueli !
