Easy once connected.Took a couple of tries to get through on Whatsapp as all the agents were busy (expected Xmas time)Once I got through Liana was able to organise a replacement for an item that arrived damaged.Thanks so much, BT continue to show the way in 5 star customer experience.
Stay away from ordering anything for click and collect. My order was available later than 3-5 days. Customer care appears shut down at 3 pm on a Monday… no chat, no WhatsApp bailable to make contact.. called them with a ‘we’ll call you tomorrow response’Update: customer service followed up with efficient action in splitting the order to Dublin and courier to France at no charge to myself. Once in contact the customer service was excellent.
I would like to thank Dylan in Grafton street Brown Thomas for such brilliant customer service. I was looking for a gift for a dear friend and wanted something specific and sentimental. Dylan approached me and kindly gave me an array of options, explaining the meaning behind the Dyptique brand and the symbolism for each fragrance I looked at. After deciding on the perfect candle, Dylan offered to gift wrap it and took his time to carefully and meticulously prepare it for me in beautiful wrapping and a bag. I really appreciate the time and effort Dylan put into making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will be returning again to Dylan in the near future. 10/10. He really went above and beyond.
Problem with a missing item in my order.Left a voicemail and call returned within an hour.Cipran (not sure if that's correct) took ownership and I have just received my missing item.The sign of a great business is how they look after their customers when something goes wrong. 10/10 to Ciprian and BT customer service team. I will be back.
The worse experience that I ever had during my whole life, STAY AWAY from them I bought a fridge freezer on 25th of November almost one month later and no fridge, no tracking number, customer service always busy on the phone never called me back as promised, tried to go in person on the shop, nothing they can do. This store is a joke
I came to the Brown Thomas lingerie department years ago and loved the personalised service. This year when I returned I was not disappointed. The staff member who assisted me was so incredibly warm and patient, spending almost an hour helping me find and fit the right purchases, and they were not particularly expensive items, which was a pleasant surprise. I really don't go anywhere else.
