Worst service. They charged me app 200 euros for a service that was supposed to be free of charge. When I complained about this, I spent 2 hours waiting to be attended, the person who attended me told me that she would solve this and now I receive an email where they are going to charge me more for 5 months! I called back and the person who attended me told me that he did not know what would happen, that I should wait another 7 working days for a formal reply! Horrible, there are no solutions, they just want me to pay more unfairly. I do not recommend Budget to anyone.
for the last 3 months we do not have the internet, however we are charged. And not only that they don't solve the problem, but also provide the worst service ever. I would personally be ashamed if I fail my customer for 3 months, and charge them like nothing happened. The most ridiculous part is they do not even let you go... we simply cannot terminate the contract because they want us to pay charges untill the end of contract period. Like YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THIS CUSTOMER!!!! FOR 3 MONTHS!!! Although they dont provide service and we are left without internet for 3 month, yet we cannot terminate contract. I'm tired of calling them, talking to unhelpful agents. Some suggest to keep the modem for few hours and it should work- Such a primitive solution, honey. Do you really believe that it wasnt tried for 3 months with different modems and by a technician? Another sends new modem even though their own technician told the problem is not from modems. We use our mobile phones to use hotspot for our work laptops for hours, which basically destroys our mobile devices. Do you care? That would be ridiculous to think that you care about anything. Yet, we are waiting hopelessly, at some point you will do something...like anything... useful or reasonable.
They did not deliver the required appliances to me, and I was only told about the missing modem when the technician came to install it. I do not have internet for a few days (I am still waiting for it to be delivered). When I contacted the customer service, I was told "if you contact us earlier, we could have delivered it to you." I was instructed to leave the package unopen until the technician comes so how would I know that something was missing? There is no mention of what I should receive. Customer service agent kept saying that "everything is in your contract" without giving further explanation or support. Everything was smooth for the signing up (of course) but so far customer service is crap. EDIT: It seems a lot of customers did not get the modem delivered - it is apparent that they knew something is wrong for a long time! Yet no solution was offered. You are asked to pay and not get the product delivered correctly.
I’d give less stars if it was possibleTHE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO EVEN CANCEL MY CONTRACT. I HAVE NO INTERNET FOR A WEEK AND THEY LIED ABOUT SENDING A NEW MODEM. PLEASE DON’T CONTRACT THEM.
Not serious company, they promise gifts and discounts to get new client that are not applied.In May 2023 I was contacted by one guy from Budget Alles in 1 to move to their company for internet and tv. They offered as welcome gift 2 WIFI AMPLIFIERS and a discount for 6 months. I accepted and sign the contract. The amplifiers never arrived and after 6 months they told me that was indicated in their contract that the gift was not chosen. The contract was Dutch and I could not read it and they took advantage of this situation.
